This months complete idiot has to be Geoffry Gratwick. I've been watching the Council and misc committee meetings this past week and this guys pretentious rhetoric goes on and on. This weeks closing Council remarks - "torture is wrong" shows how out of touch with reality this numb-nuts is. Yes tortures wrong, we all agree, but is this your private soapbox? Go preach on the corner like a ranting drunk. The City doesn't need your help, unless you want to pick up all that dog shit at City Forest.
